Former Olympic gold medalist Tim Montgomery has plead guilty to distributing heroin and could wind up being sentenced to five years in prison. He won the gold in the 400-meter relay in the 2000 Olympics.
There is no way Montgomery is going to like the 400-meter relay in jail. While the event does involve 400 meters, it's not of hard track. He's probably not going to enjoy the other prisoners baton passing techniques either -- as it will not only utilize his fiercely pumping hands, but many other parts of his body as well.
